The ideal candidate is a results-driven professional with a strong background in sales and marketing, possessing proven lead generation skills and the ability to build meaningful relationships with clients. To succeed in this role, you must be able to drive new business opportunities and build relationships with potential clients in the B2B sector.
Key Responsibilities:
- Drive new business opportunities and build relationships with potential clients in the B2B sector.
- Conduct market research to identify prospects, industries, and opportunities for growth.
- Perform outreach through calls, emails, and LinkedIn to generate leads and secure appointments.
- Prepare and deliver proposals and presentations to prospective clients.
- Collaborate with internal teams to align strategies and ensure a smooth sales process.
- Leverage AI tools to enhance lead generation, outreach, and reporting.
- Maintain accurate records of leads, interactions, and progress using CRM or tracking tools.
Qualifications:
- Proven work experience as a Business Development or in a similar sales-focused role.
- Solid background in sales and marketing, with B2B experience strongly preferred.
- Proven expertise in lead generation and appointment setting.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Familiarity with AI tools for sales/marketing automation is a strong plus.
- Experience working with North American clients is an advantage.
- Knowledge of the Plastic Industry is a plus.
- Highly organized, self-driven, and results-oriented with the ability to work independently.
