Business Analyst Role

This is a forward-thinking Senior Client Business Partner role that supports our regionalised structure. You will serve as a strategic partner to the business, helping to design scalable insight engines and lead the next wave of analytics across high-impact problem spaces.

You will work on problems that were previously underserved by traditional analytics and help define the frameworks that power executive decision-making. This role requires experience in client presentations and developing tailored dashboards and cohort trackers.

The ideal candidate will have 7+ years of experience in analytics with a clear focus on client-facing, commercial or strategic work. They should also have expert-level SQL skills, strong communication skills, and a deep understanding of cohort analysis and outcome modeling.

Key Responsibilities
  • Partner with internal client leads and external stakeholders to define analytical needs and translate them into high-impact deliverables
  • Develop and maintain tailored dashboards, cohort trackers and insight narratives that reveal commercial and operational levers
  • Lead deep dives into performance variability, liquidation trends, customer segments and treatment outcomes
  • Deliver strategic presentations to client stakeholders with clear recommendations and hypotheses for testing
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Data Science, Economics, Statistics, Business or a related field
  • Expert-level SQL skills with proven experience extracting and transforming large datasets
  • Strong communication skills with a track record of presenting insights to external stakeholders
  • Able to work independently and prioritize long-term value over short-term output
Preferred Qualifications
  • Familiarity with Snowflake and/or cloud-native data environments
  • Experience in fintech, financial services or recovery analytics
