About the Job:

We are seeking a detail-oriented professional to coordinate and support logistical operations. The ideal candidate will be responsible for monitoring and tracking shipments, scheduling appointments, maintaining accurate records, and communicating effectively with various stakeholders.

  • Monitor and track shipment status to ensure timely deliveries.
  • Schedule and manage appointments for pickups and deliveries.
  • Maintain accurate records of shipping activities and logistics data.
  • Communicate effectively with drivers, vendors, and warehouse staff.
  • Prepare reports for the logistics department.
  • Perform basic administrative duties such as filing, data entry, and managing correspondence.
  • Respond to inquiries from customers and internal teams regarding shipping status and logistics.
  • Participate in team meetings to discuss logistics planning and strategies.

This role involves coordinating logistics, making appointments, and handling various administrative tasks. The ideal candidate will have 3-5 years of experience in logistics, supply chain management, or a similar field, advanced Excel skills, strong organizational skills and attention to detail, excellent communication and interpersonal abilities, and ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
