Job Overview

We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented individual to join our team as an Employee Experience Coordinator. You will support the Human Resources function by assisting with various employee operations activities and ensuring the smooth execution of HR processes.

Main Responsibilities
  • Collaborate with the HR team to deliver an empathic and customer service-focused experience for all employees.
  • Provide support to employee inquiries, delivering high-level customer service and exploring opportunities to innovate and advance HR processes.

You will be responsible for managing the full employee lifecycle, including onboarding, offboarding, leave administration, employee change requests, and maintaining personnel records.

  • Coordinate HR-related documentation, such as employment contracts, offer letters, and HR correspondence.
  • Manage employee data, ensuring accuracy and integrity and meeting employee experience standards.
Additional Tasks
  • Ensure rigorous quality assurance processes for data entry tasks.
  • Develop automation of HR processes to eliminate manual repetitive tasks.

You will serve as a point of contact for employee inquiries regarding HR policies, procedures, and benefits.

  • Assist with employee relations documentation, including disciplinary actions and performance management processes.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred.
  • 3-5 years of experience in HR administration or a similar role.
  • Knowledge of Australian employment laws and regulations.
