Job Summary

This role is focused on delivering exceptional employee experiences and administrative support to the HR function.

Key Responsibilities
  • Support the HR team in delivering customer-focused services to employees, ensuring a positive and empathetic experience throughout the employee lifecycle.
  • Provide timely assistance to employee inquiries, leveraging strong communication skills and organizational abilities.
HR Administration
  • Assist with full-cycle employee management, including pre-boarding, onboarding, offboarding, leave administration, and personnel record maintenance.
  • Coordinate HR-related documentation, such as employment contracts, offer letters, change letters, and performance reviews, while ensuring data accuracy and integrity.
  • Manage employee data within our HRIS system, guaranteeing that all processes meet employee expectations, for example referral payments and sign-on bonuses.
Systems, Automation & Reporting
  • Develop automation of HR processes to minimize manual repetitive tasks and maximize efficiency.
  • Ensure rigorous quality assurance processes are implemented and followed for all data entry tasks.
  • Own the People Confluence space and Human Resources Google drive, ensuring documents remain up-to-date and accurate.
  • Maintain the People Ops playbook with documented processes and links.
