We are seeking an exceptional People Operations Representative to join our team. This individual will play a vital role in supporting our global employee population across the United States, Canada, Colombia, and Australia.

  • Process new hires, job changes, and terminations with precision and efficiency.
  • Provide top-notch support for employee inquiries related to HR policies, processes, and tools across supported regions.

Key Responsibilities:

Employee Lifecycle Transactions:
  • Ensure seamless execution of core HR processes, guaranteeing high-quality delivery of an employee-centered experience.
Tier 1 Support:
  • Offer expert guidance on HR policies, processes, and tools, fostering confidence and trust among employees.
Data Audits:
  • Conduct regular data audits to ensure accuracy and integrity of employee records, maintaining data quality and compliance.
HR Reporting:
  • Support advanced HR reporting needs, providing actionable insights for informed decision-making.
Compliance Efforts:
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure employment-related audits and reports meet regulatory requirements.
Requirements:
  • Flexibility to work US Pacific Time hours, adapting to changing schedules as needed.
  • 2-3 years of hands-on experience in People Operations for a global organization, preferably supporting international regions.
  • Familiarity with employee lifecycle processing and experience with data management in an HRIS (UKG experience preferred).
  • Strong computer skills in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel and SharePoint.
  • Ability to analyze and validate data accurately and thoroughly, spotting trends and inconsistencies.
  • Proficiency in handling sensitive and confidential information with professionalism and discretion.
  • Strong professional proficiency in written and verbal English, enabling effective communication in cross-cultural and business environments.
  • Capacity to manage tasks independently, prioritize effectively, and meet deadlines with a high degree of accuracy.
  • Self-motivated and collaborative team player who thrives in a fast-paced environment.
  • Commitment to continuous learning, especially in employment laws, HR technology, and employee experience best practices.
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or a related field is highly valued.
