We seek a skilled video editor to create captivating real estate presentations. The ideal candidate will have expertise in editing using Final Cut Pro, combining ground footage, drone shots, and music to highlight property features with a cinematic edge.

  • Edit real estate video presentations using advanced software skills, combining footage from multiple sources to enhance visual storytelling.
  • Structure compelling narratives that align with modern real estate buyer expectations and brand guidelines.
  • Deliver high-quality videos within tight deadlines, ensuring efficient workflows and timely completion of tasks.
  • Organize and synchronize raw media from diverse camera sources, ensuring color consistency, smooth transitions, and clear audio.
  • Collaborate closely with producers and clients to implement feedback effectively and efficiently.
  • Export and optimize videos for various marketing channels, tailoring formats and resolutions as needed.
Requirements
  • Minimum 5+ years of advanced editing experience with industry-standard software, including multi-camera workflows and color grading.
  • Proven track record of editing videos for real estate listings, including familiarity with drone integration and walkthrough formats.
  • Strong design sense, particularly in showcasing architectural features, interior lighting, and exterior landscaping.
  • Able to manage high-volume content with fast turnaround while maintaining consistent visual quality.
  • Comfortable receiving and executing client feedback, with strong written and verbal communication skills for remote collaboration.
  • Access to a fast computer setup and reliable internet connection to support remote editing workflows.
