A day in the life of our Sr. Growth Analyst involves auditing current prospective clients' marketing programs crafting integrated marketing plans across channels with special emphasis on social media and Google Ads.

Responsibilities include planning determining budget allocation by channel medium environment objective stage in the funnel coordinating with specialists ensuring channel-level strategies align with overarching plan research analysis learning about prospective client industry vertical similar clients competitors ideal customer profile sentiment forecasting projections working with specialists to pressure test forecasts ensure projections match up with client efficiency requirements business objectives.

Requirements include 5+ years cross-channel marketing program management experience understanding marketing funnels flywheels previous experience with large sets of campaigns clients $100k+ spend per month per client competence in Google Ads Facebook self-serve platforms familiarity with larger marketing media buying landscape earned media channels audience insight tools Global Web Index Asana Slack.

Main Performance Indicators include Win Rate Percent of Appraised GP to Won GP Key Things include Audit Quality Audit Speed Thought Leadership appraisal collateral development Accuracy of Appraisal Forecasts.
