Drive Business Growth

As a Senior Lead in Business Development, you will be responsible for driving strategic growth initiatives and developing new business opportunities. This role involves establishing strong relationships with potential clients and identifying target markets for BPO services.

The ideal candidate will have 5-8 years of experience in business development or sales, with a proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets. Excellent communication and negotiation skills are essential for this role, as well as a strong understanding of the German market and the retail and e-commerce sectors.

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement a comprehensive business development strategy to achieve company growth objectives;
  • Identify and prioritize target markets, industries, and potential clients for BPO services;
  • Build and maintain a robust pipeline of qualified leads through networking, referrals, cold calling, and industry events;
  • Establish and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders and decision-makers;
  • Set and track KPIs to measure effectiveness of activities; prepare regular reports on sales pipeline, conversion rates, and revenue forecasts for senior management.
Requirements
  • 5-8 years of experience in business development, sales or related roles;
  • Excellent knowledge of the German market;
  • Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets and driving revenue growth;
  • Experience in the retail and e-commerce sectors, with understanding of their needs and challenges;
  • Strong understanding of BPO services, industry trends and market dynamics;
  • Excellent communication, negotiation and presentation skills;
  • Agile, self-starter who can work independently and collaboratively;
  • Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite;
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing or a related field; MBA preferred.
Work Arrangements
  • Remote work arrangements;
  • Travel up to 40% to include international travel.
