Job Description:

We are seeking a skilled Strategic Payroll and Benefits Coordinator to join our team at Private Advertiser. As a key member of our HR department, you will be responsible for designing and implementing compensation and benefits strategies that drive business growth and retention.

Responsibilities:

  • Compensation Strategy Development: Develop and implement compensation strategies that align with business objectives.
  • Benefits Administration: Manage payroll processing, ensuring accuracy, timeliness, and compliance with labor regulations. Administer employee benefits programs, including health insurance, retirement plans, leave policies, and wellness initiatives.
  • Market Research: Conduct market research and salary benchmarking to maintain a competitive pay structure. Ensure compliance with government-mandated benefits, such as SSS, PhilHealth, Pag-IBIG, and tax regulations.
  • Payroll Optimization: Collaborate with HR and Finance teams to optimize payroll processes, reducing costs and improving efficiency.

Requirements:

  • Educational Background: Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Finance, or a related field.
  • Experience: At least 5 years of experience in compensation and benefits, payroll, or HR management.
  • Technical Skills: Strong knowledge of labor laws, taxation, and government-mandated benefits. Proficiency in payroll software and HRIS (SAP, Oracle, Workday, etc.).
  • Soft Skills: Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills. Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality and integrity.
