Market Operations Specialist

We are seeking a skilled Market Operations Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our operations group, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth execution of trade and account lifecycle processes.

This role requires strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and excellent communication skills. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to resolve issues, develop process improvements, and maintain compliance with established protocols.

In this dynamic environment, you will have the opportunity to grow and develop your skills, working on a wide range of projects that impact our global operations.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage trade and account lifecycle processes, including client onboarding, trade settlement, and reporting
  • Develop and maintain operational controls and infrastructure to support best-in-class operations
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve issues, develop process improvements, and ensure compliance
  • Provide exceptional client service, responding to client inquiries and resolving issues in a timely manner
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree with 1-3 years of experience in financial services operations or client service
  • Strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and excellent communication skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Flexibility to work on modified holiday schedules covering Saudi Arabia
