We are seeking a skilled Payment Operations Specialist to ensure seamless payment processing and resolution of any issues that may arise. This role involves working closely with internal teams, clients, and external partners to guarantee accuracy, efficiency, and reliability in our payment processes.

About the Role">

This is a critical position within our organization, responsible for managing payment operations from onboarding to reconciliation. The successful candidate will possess excellent analytical skills, attention to detail, and the ability to communicate effectively with various stakeholders.

The ideal candidate will have prior experience in payment operations, treasury, or financial operations, as well as a bachelor's degree in finance, business, or a related field. Strong problem-solving skills, multitasking abilities, and adaptability are essential for this role.

In addition to performing regular reconciliation, investigating and resolving issues, and coordinating with payment partners and clients, the Payment Operations Specialist will also identify opportunities to streamline workflows and enhance operational efficiency within payment operations.

  • Communicate with clients regarding application status, rejections, and reapplications to ensure a smooth onboarding process.">
  • Perform regular reconciliation to verify that all transactions are accurately recorded and aligned with reports from payment partners.">
  • Investigate and resolve issues such as missing payments, failed payouts, and discrepancies. Coordinate with both payment partners and clients to drive timely resolutions.">
  • Identify opportunities to streamline workflows and enhance operational efficiency within payment operations.">
