Job Title: Business Operations Expert

Key Responsibilities:

  • Troubleshoot and resolve system issues, performing updates and maintenance when required
  • Document system changes, configurations, and training materials

Requirements:

  • Proven experience with business applications (minimum 2–3 years)
  • Expertise in custom reporting, financial modules, and integration strategies
  • Familiarity with data analytics tools for reporting and analysis
  • Knowledge of business process workflows and ERP implementation
  • Ability to diagnose system performance issues and apply corrective measures
