The Customer Solutions Officer role is an entry-level position that serves off-shore clients. The primary objective of this job is to provide exceptional customer service by delivering a remarkable phone and digital banking experience.
Responsibilities
- Assist with the administration of compliance procedures, including monitoring, researching and responding to inquiries.
- Ensure accuracy of research and compliance advice provided to team members.
- Develop information regarding required changes in reports and procedures.
- Prepare written and verbal reports for senior management on compliance program status, issues, trends and concerns.
- Implement recommendations concerning changes, improvements and enhancements.
Required Skills and Qualifications
- Previous relevant experience preferred.
- Series 6 and 26 License.
- Fundamental understanding of industry regulations in the US and Canada.
- Effective verbal and written communication skills.
- Influencing and relationship management skills.
- Proven ability to creatively solve problems.
