Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented professional to fill the role of Finance Associate. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for managing the financial and operational backbone of our business.

Your primary focus will be on ensuring the accuracy and integrity of our financial records, as well as providing support for our digital asset management and compliance activities.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Record and reconcile crypto and fiat transactions across wallets, exchanges, and systems
  • Maintain accurate ledgers for token distributions, vesting, staking, and treasury activity
  • Coordinate with accounting and audit partners for reporting and compliance
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • 2-5 years' experience in finance, accounting, or operations (with crypto/Web3 exposure)
  • Strong knowledge of digital assets, blockchain finance, and reconciliations
  • Familiarity with Fireblocks, Integral, CoinTracking, or similar tools
  • Excellent attention to detail, organization, and documentation skills
  • Fluent or conversational English communication skills
  • Experience working across onshore/offshore entities
