Job Title: Digital Design Expert

The ideal candidate will possess strong expertise in Adobe Creative Suite, particularly Photoshop and Illustrator. Experience in creating custom designs for various products such as murals, wallpapers, pillows, and blankets is required.

Main Responsibilities
  • File Preparation & Optimization: Prepare and optimize digital files for different output methods, ensuring they meet specific production standards for print, web, or other digital platforms.
  • Design Asset Management: Organize, manage, and maintain a library of design assets, ensuring they are correctly formatted, versioned, and easily accessible for projects.
  • Color Accuracy & Pre-press: Implement precise color management techniques to ensure consistency across different materials and output processes, and perform pre-press checks for flawless reproduction.
  • Layout & Typesetting: Execute precise layout adjustments and typesetting for various collateral, ensuring adherence to brand guidelines and optimal readability.
  • Quality Control & Proofing: Conduct thorough proofreading and quality assurance checks on all designs to identify and correct errors, inconsistencies, or deviations from project specifications.
  • Workflow Collaboration: Collaborate seamlessly with designers, project managers, and other team members to ensure a smooth workflow and timely delivery of high-quality, production-ready assets.
Requirements
  • High School Graduate, College Undergraduate, or College Graduate.
  • Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign), with strong knowledge of file preparation, color management, and layout principles.
  • Strong portfolio showcasing experience in preparing digital assets for print and digital output.
  • Excellent attention to detail and accuracy, with a keen eye for consistency and error detection.
  • Strong problem-solving skills to troubleshoot technical design and file preparation issues.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively, with excellent communication skills for effective team interaction.
  • Strong time-management skills and the ability to manage multiple projects and meet tight deadlines.
