Responsibilities
  • Monitor open positions across spot and futures markets during night hours, ensuring timely adjustments and mitigating potential risks.
  • Oversee market making bots, reviewing logs, verifying correct order placements, and tracking executions to optimize performance.
  • Identify and promptly escalate issues, such as system errors, unexpected PnL swings, or exchange disconnects, to ensure seamless operations.
  • Communicate effectively with the core trading/engineering team to resolve anomalies and maintain a high level of service quality.
  • Maintain risk limits and exposure within agreed parameters, ensuring prudent risk management practices.
  • Demonstrate a solid understanding of trading fundamentals, including order books, spreads, liquidity, and hedging strategies.
  • Possess basic technical literacy, enabling you to read logs, interpret error messages, and navigate complex dashboards.
  • Bring a strong willingness to learn and adapt in the rapidly evolving crypto trading landscape.
Schedule

The role requires working shifts covering 20:00 – 08:00 UTC+4 hours, allowing for flexibility and work-life balance.
