JOB DESCRIPTION

  • Maintain an up-to-date and accurate asset register across departments and locations
  • Coordinate asset acquisition, deployment, and disposal processes
  • Conduct regular audits and reconciliation of physical and digital assets
  • Collaborate with procurement and finance teams to ensure accurate asset valuation
  • Monitor asset lifecycles and recommend upgrades or replacements
  • Implement asset management systems and contribute to process improvements
  • Ensure compliance with internal policies and regulatory requirements
  • Generate reports for management on asset performance and utilization
  • Maintain filing systems (physical and digital) related to asset documentation
  • Prepare asset transfer forms, and disposal requests
  • Schedule and coordinate meetings with relevant departments on asset matters
  • Respond to internal inquiries regarding asset availability and usage

JOB QUALIFICATIONS

  • Experience in asset management or inventory control
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office
  • Strong analytical and organizational skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
  • Detail-oriented with a proactive problem-solving mindset
