We are seeking an experienced Franchise Accounting professional to join our team as a Senior Manager.

Job Description:

The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing financial support to our franchise business, ensuring the integrity of all transactions and maintaining accurate records. This role requires strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and excellent communication skills.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Financial Statement Preparation: Prepare and review financial statements for accuracy and compliance with accounting standards.
  • Settlement Reports: Issue monthly franchisee financial statements and prepare settlement reports.
  • Timely Reporting: Ensure timely financial reporting in accordance with accounting standards.
  • Inventory Management: Record inventory adjustments and losses, analyze stock variances, and strengthen internal controls to minimize financial risks.
  • Franchise Performance Monitoring: Monitor franchise financial performance (profitability, cost monitoring, compliance).
  • Financial Coordination: Coordinate with franchisees on financial matters and queries.
  • Financial Entries: Ensure proper treatment of financial entries.
  • Account Balances: Maintain accurate franchise account balances (advances, deductions, and reimbursements)
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's Degree: Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance or related field.
  • Experience: At least 3-years relevant Franchise Accounting experience, preferably with experience in Franchise Operations or Retail Accounting.
  • Knowledge: Knowledge of existing ordinances, laws, restrictions, and legislations related to franchising.
  • Qualification: CPA or non-CPA
