Accounting and Reporting Expert

As an Accounting and Reporting Expert, you will play a crucial role in providing financial and management accounting services to our organization.

  • Financial and Management Accounting Services:
    • You will be involved in the preparation and execution of product and general ledger entries, invoices, accruals, and asset management activities.
    • Additionally, you will process monthly, quarterly, and yearly closure procedures, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
  • Management Information Reports and Dashboards:
    • You will create comprehensive management information reports and dashboards to facilitate informed decision-making.
    • Furthermore, you will prepare regulatory reports, adhering to strict deadlines and quality standards.
  • Policies and Procedures:
    • You will ensure compliance with policy and procedure documents, including group Standards of Practice.
    • Regularly refresh policy and procedure documents to reflect changing business needs.
    • Contribute to projects/tasks provided by Senior Management or business leaders.
    • Participate in ad hoc projects as needed.
  • Communication and Stakeholder Management:
    • Effectively communicate internal and external stakeholder expectations regarding delivery of accounting and reporting activities during closings.
    • Work closely with key stakeholders to align expected turnaround times for remediation, gain approval for suggested remediation actions, and coordinate the appropriate action with responsible teams.
