Job Overview

BroadPath is seeking a highly skilled Analytics Solutions Lead to lead the team in designing and implementing data-driven solutions. This role requires a strong understanding of business operations, analytics tools, and process excellence.

The ideal candidate will have experience in creating executive-ready reports and dashboards using Power BI, Excel, and SQL. They must also be able to partner with cross-functional teams to identify areas for improvement and develop strategic recommendations.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Data Analysis and Reporting: Diagnose cross-department processes and design future-state workflows and KPI frameworks.
  • Process Improvement: Execute change by running Kaizen/DMAIC workshops and maintaining RAID logs until benefits are realized.
  • Enterprise Governance: Govern the enterprise playbook and communicate with absolute clarity to stakeholders.
Requirements
  • Strong Technical Skills: Advanced Excel, Power BI/Tableau, SQL, and Python/R Data Analysis.
  • Business Acumen: Strong understanding of business operations and ability to develop strategic recommendations.
Certifications and Education
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in business, MIS, Industrial Engineering, Data Science/Analytics, or related field required; MBA or related master's preferred.
  • Certifications: Excel, Power Query, Power BI, Process Mapping tools (Visio).
