Job Description

We are seeking a diligent User Management Agent to provide frontline user management and customer support. The successful candidate will possess excellent communication skills, problem-solving abilities, and confidence in providing solutions.

This role involves process user management requests within service level agreements (SLAs) and maintaining client-supported product accounts. Effective communication with sponsors, implementation managers, and other teams is essential.

Key Responsibilities
  • Process user management requests within SLAs.
  • Update sponsors, implementation managers, and other teams on client-supported product account creation/maintenance.
  • Follow instructions for creating/updating supported product accounts as specified in helpdesk briefs/communication plans.
  • Communicate issues related to product account creation/maintenance with sponsors via email and follow up on resolutions timely.
  • Enter/update data correctly in the CRM system.
  • Perform database system performance reporting tasks.
  • Conduct root cause analysis for alerts and errors generated by supported products.
  • Complete quality control activities for user management tasks performed by other administrators.
  • Allocate sites for client-supported product users in a timely manner.
  • Escalate issues with user management or SLA compliance to shared UM team leads.
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Proficient knowledge of Microsoft Office tools.
  • Computer and internet proficiency.
  • Call/contact center ticketing tools such as Zendesk or Salesforce.
  • Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Prior experience in SSC/BPO and customer service is beneficial.
