We are seeking an experienced Senior UX Designer to contribute to our product strategy and enhance user interactions.

The successful candidate will be instrumental in executing complex design tasks, conducting user research, creating design deliverables, and collaborating with cross-functional teams.

This is a full-time role on a US shift with a Work from Home setup.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Providing strategic input and breaking down complex tasks for efficient execution.
  • Leading user research, recruiting participants, facilitating discussions, and presenting findings.
  • Developing heuristic evaluations, wireframes, mock-ups, and prototypes to address user needs.
  • Writing effective UI copy and contributing to our design system.
  • Identifying usability issues and prioritizing improvements with product managers.
  • Communicating design rationales in relation to customer feedback and business objectives.
  • Collaborating with diverse teams and leading workshops to create an inclusive user experience.
  • Delivering projects on time and articulating their impact to stakeholders.

Required skills and qualifications include:

  • 5+ years of experience in UX design, with 1-2 years at a senior level.
  • Proven experience with low-fi to hi-fi design processes.
  • Ability to foster an inclusive environment and collaborate across disciplines.
  • Strong problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
  • Commitment to continuous learning and growth.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills and expertise in Figma.

Nice-to-have skills include:

  • Interest or experience in sales channel integration, fulfillment, warehouse management, and/or inventory management systems.
