Job Title: Treasury Support Specialist

We're seeking an exceptional professional to join our team as a Treasury Support Specialist. This role will play a vital part in helping us achieve our goal of delivering exceptional experiences for our partners and their customers.

About the Role
  • Gain an understanding of payment processes and treasury functions
  • Respond to queries in a timely manner, ensuring all items are actioned as expected
  • Communicate relevant information to colleagues within the team
  • Ensure customer information is retained within pertinent files
  • Complete daily tasks in a timely and effective manner, escalating outstanding items to management
  • Support the payments team by contacting global banking partners regarding incoming and outgoing transactions
  • Authenticate documentation and transaction information
  • Organize treasury meetings, set agendas, and circulate meeting minutes
  • Maintain effective communication between the treasury department, internal departments, and counterparty banks on ad-hoc treasury and reporting projects
  • Ensure compliance with anti-money laundering policies and company internal controls
Requirements
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word)
  • Diligent, conscientious, organized, and accurate
  • Excellent teamwork skills and ability to communicate effectively with colleagues
  • Treat company resources, processes, and people with respect, honesty, and integrity
  • Fluent in English
  • Experience working in a customer service/business role
  • Understanding of regulatory environment pertaining to money transmission businesses
