Job Summary

This role is responsible for providing immediate support to insurance and roofing estimating teams.

Key Responsibilities
  • Prepare and review Xactimate estimates for roof repairs and replacements, ensuring accuracy and completeness.
  • Verify line items, quantities, and pricing against scopes of loss, maintaining quality and precision.
  • Update estimates after adjuster meetings and re-submissions as needed, meeting deadlines and expectations.
Scope of Loss Management
  • Read, analyze and extract action items from scopes of loss (SOL), prioritizing tasks and managing workflow effectively.
  • Track and follow up on SOL releases, ensuring timely completion and attachment to relevant claims.
  • Escalate and document discrepancies between SOL and on-site findings, resolving issues promptly.
Adjuster Coordination & Communication
  • Schedule and participate in desk/phone/video adjuster meetings, facilitating effective communication and collaboration.
  • Liaise with adjusters to clarify scope, coverage, and payment details, ensuring clarity and understanding.
  • Document meeting outcomes and next steps, maintaining accurate records and ensuring timely follow-up.
Administrative & Reporting
  • Maintain accurate claim notes, estimate revisions, and status updates in the CRM/claim tracking system, ensuring data integrity and accessibility.
  • Provide daily/weekly updates to stakeholders on outstanding adjuster actions and SOL releases, facilitating transparency and accountability.
  • Assist with ad hoc reporting to improve turnaround and client satisfaction, driving business growth and success.
