As a seasoned Building Data Specialist, you will transform property addresses into visually striking brochures, complete with location details, technical specifications, and estimated energy savings.

About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented individual to join our team in creating compelling visual presentations of properties. In this role, you'll utilize your expertise in data research, design, and analysis to create informative brochures that showcase buildings and their specifications.

  • You will independently gather all relevant public information online about a given property address using tools like Google, Google Maps, and AI-powered platforms.
  • You will use your skills to generate accurate estimates of energy savings based on internal criteria.
  • You will design and produce clean, professional brochures that include building specs, property visuals, energy savings summaries, and key technical and geographic information.
  • You will interpret blueprints, takeoffs, and technical drawings to extract essential data when available.
Requirements:
  • A minimum of 3 years of experience in a relevant role, such as brochure design, property research, construction documentation, or similar.
  • Proficiency in using Canva, Adobe InDesign, Photoshop, or other brochure/layout tools.
  • Strong online research skills using public records, mapping tools, and property databases.
  • A working knowledge of reading blueprints and construction documents (or willingness to learn).
  • An eye for design, layout consistency, and detail.
  • Excellent time management skills and the ability to work independently in a fast-paced remote setup.
