Leadership Opportunity

We are seeking a seasoned professional to lead our sales team in the roofing and construction renovation industry. The ideal candidate should have extensive experience in roofing or construction, be proficient in estimating projects, and possess Xactimate Level 2 certification or higher.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Lead, mentor, and manage a team of sales representatives to meet and exceed sales goals.
  • Review and assist in the preparation of accurate job estimates using Xactimate.
  • Communicate effectively with insurance adjusters and other personnel to negotiate claims and collect payments efficiently.
  • Support sales team members with strategies for closing deals and resolving customer or insurance-related issues.
  • Ensure timely follow-ups on claims and maintain thorough documentation of all interactions.
  • Coordinate with project managers and estimators to align project scopes with insurance approvals.
  • Monitor and report on key performance indicators.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Xactimate Certification (Level 2 or higher) is essential.
  • Experience in roofing, construction, or renovation industries.
  • Minimum of 3–5 years of sales leadership or management experience.
  • Ability to create accurate and detailed project estimates.
  • Prior experience managing sales teams in the construction or insurance industries.
  • Skilled at negotiating and communicating with insurance personnel to help collect payments promptly.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, remote and target-driven environment.
  • Clear and easily understandable accent.
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills.
