Remote Technical Support Representative Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled and customer-focused technical support professional to provide top-notch assistance and troubleshooting services for our clients. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for responding to technical inquiries, resolving hardware, software, and connectivity issues, and guiding users through solutions with patience and professionalism.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Respond to inbound technical support requests via phone, chat, or email
  • Diagnose and troubleshoot hardware, software, and network issues
  • Guide customers through step-by-step solutions and escalate complex issues when necessary
  • Document all customer interactions accurately in the system
Requirements:

To excel in this role, you will need:

  • A strong command of the English language, both written and spoken
  • Prior call center experience and work-from-home experience
  • Basic proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint)
  • Familiarity with Windows operating systems
  • Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to multitask and self-manage effectively
