We are seeking highly motivated and dedicated professionals to fill the role of Technical Support Specialist.
This position involves providing first-level technical support via phone, chat, or email to customers experiencing issues with our products or services.
The ideal candidate will possess strong analytical and problem-solving skills, excellent communication abilities, and a basic understanding of computer systems and troubleshooting.
- Provide technical assistance to customers via various channels.
- Troubleshoot hardware, software, and connectivity issues.
