Job Title: Customer Experience Ambassador

Job Description:

As a customer experience ambassador, you will be responsible for assisting customers in using digital channels via face-to-face digital user assistance or education. You will also attend to sales and service needs of customers, approve and process sales and services applications and transactions in the system, and process payment for bills, purchases, and other transactions.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Assist customers in using digital channels
  • Attend to sales and service needs of customers
  • Approve and process sales and services applications and transactions
  • Process payment for bills, purchases, and other transactions
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree holder with strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • Preferably with 3-5 years of experience in sales and customer-facing roles
  • Basic technical proficiency in CRM tools, POS systems, or online platforms
  • Strong problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work in a variety of shifts including weekends and holidays
