Order Management Specialist Job Description

Responsible for overseeing the order management process, ensuring timely validation and touchless rate improvement.

The ideal candidate will have experience with ERP systems and order processing platforms, with a strong focus on customer satisfaction and quality control.


Key Responsibilities:
  • Timely Order Validation: Validate orders within agreed target time frames to maintain efficiency.
  • Touchless Rate Improvement: Focus on optimizing the touchless rate by streamlining processes and eliminating unnecessary steps.
  • Case Queue Monitoring: Regularly monitor case queues in Salesforce to ensure prompt resolution.
  • Training and Consulting: Provide training and consulting services to other teams to enhance process knowledge and improve performance.
  • Process Improvements: Continuously identify areas for improvement and implement changes to optimize business outcomes.
  • Quality Enhancement: Focus on enhancing process quality through data-driven insights and strategic initiatives.
  • Collaborate with CSRs on document quality and project-related activities.

Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Proficient English communication skills, both verbal and written
  • Experience with ERP systems and order processing platforms
  • Customer order management experience preferred
  • Detail-oriented with a proactive attitude towards entrusted duties
  • Collaborative team player with strong analytical skills
