Job Title: Customer Engagement Strategy Lead

We are seeking a seasoned professional to lead our customer engagement strategy and drive business growth through data-driven insights.

The ideal candidate will possess deep expertise in customer engagement strategy, campaign design, and analytics. They will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to develop and execute customer-centric initiatives that increase customer activity, retention, and value.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design and implement data-driven customer engagement strategies to enhance customer stickiness and support overall business objectives.
  • Collaborate with analytics, product, and marketing teams to analyze customer behavioral data and segment performance.
  • Lead cross-channel engagement planning and execution to optimize customer outcomes.

Requirements:

  • At least 6 years of experience in a similar role with a proven track record of driving business growth through customer engagement strategies.
  • Deep understanding of consumer lending dynamics and ability to adapt to quickly changing market conditions.
