Job Opportunity:

We are seeking an HR professional to lead our human resources initiatives, driving strategic growth and operational excellence across multiple facets of HR.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement new approaches, policies and procedures to enhance business performance, employee engagement, productivity, and HR development.
  • Collaborate closely with department leaders and team members to foster a positive work environment, improve morale, and increase productivity.
  • Create, implement, and measure employee engagement and culture-centric initiatives to establish our organization as an employer of choice.
  • Collaborate with international HR staff to ensure alignment of HR processes across all global offices with our mission, vision, and core values.
  • Participate in corporate interviews to assess cultural fit.
  • Assist in drafting employment agreements and coordinate onboarding of new employees with other departments.
  • Provide support and guidance to management on complex, sensitive matters, including disciplinary actions, staff reductions, and involuntary terminations.
  • Analyze trends and develop metrics to inform programs that meet key business objectives and goals.
  • Prepare reports and oversee regulatory compliance, including the submission of the EEO-1 Report to the EEOC and other required reporting.
  • Maintain in-depth knowledge of legal requirements related to day-to-day employee management, reducing legal risks and ensuring compliance.
  • Partner with the payroll team to ensure compliance of payroll and tax reporting processes.
  • Manage group benefit plans and administer 401k and backup benefits administration.
  • Serve as point of contact for investigations to resolve employee complaints/allegations and address teammate grievances.
  • Other duties as assigned.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field.
  • 7+ years' experience in Human Resources required.
  • US HR experience strongly preferred.
  • PHR or SHRM Certification Preferred
  • Knowledge of ERISA, HIPAA, FMLA, EEO Compliance, Worker's Compensation, Unemployment Claims processing and COBRA.
  • Demonstrated ability to act with professionalism, integrity, and confidentiality.
  • Excellent written, verbal, and social communication skills, and a dedication to provide outstanding people-care and customer service.
  • Microsoft Office knowledge required.
  • Experience with ADP preferred.
  • Demonstrated ability to keep information confidential and commitment to produce high-quality work.
