Career Opportunity for a High-Level Financial Leader

We are seeking an experienced strategic financial architect to join our organization and lead the development of a cutting-edge AI-integrated financial ecosystem. This role will play a critical part in shaping the future of education by designing and implementing a streamlined, scalable, and impactful financial infrastructure.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in finance leadership, with extensive experience in managing ERP platforms and optimizing financial processes. They should also possess excellent written and verbal communication skills, as well as the ability to effectively engage with senior leadership teams.

About the Role:
  • Design and implement a revolutionary AI-powered financial infrastructure that fuels multiple education businesses through their hypergrowth phases.
  • Pioneer an ecosystem that eliminates inefficiency while maximizing scalability and impact.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Leverage expertise in US GAAP and integrated financial reporting to drive business growth and expansion strategies.
  • Collaborate directly with senior leadership to influence budget frameworks and vendor relationships.
  • Develop and author strategic design decisions that revolutionize and streamline critical financial processes.
  • Engage in high-level discussions on market expansion, regulatory adherence, and financial operations across tuition management, audit processes, and tax compliance.
Requirements:
  • Professional financial certification (CPA, ACA, ACCA, CIMA, CFA, or MBA)
  • Minimum 10 years in progressive finance leadership positions with demonstrable advancement
  • Proven track record in executive finance leadership (SVP, CFO, or equivalent) with comprehensive oversight of all finance functions
  • Extensive experience optimizing and managing ERP platforms (NetSuite, SAP, etc.) in multi-entity organizational structures
  • Successfully managed or participated in at least 5 external audits with Big 4 accounting firms
  • Superior written and verbal communication skills in English, capable of effective executive-level engagement
