We are seeking an accomplished Strategic Financial Manager to oversee our client accounts and provide expert financial guidance. This key role involves accurate financial reporting, strategic planning, and leadership of a dedicated team of accountants and bookkeepers.
About the Role:- Develop and implement comprehensive accounting strategies that drive business growth.
- Manage and mentor a high-performing team of accountants and bookkeepers.
- Maintain strict adherence to GAAP standards, tax regulations, and company policies.
- Analyze and present complex financial data to senior management and clients.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to identify areas for process improvement and cost savings.
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting or related field (CPA or equivalent preferred).
- Minimum 5 years experience in accounting with a proven track record of leadership.
- Excellent communication, problem-solving, and analytical skills.
- Strong understanding of financial regulations and industry trends.
