Job Overview

Develop your career as a strategic applications architect in our organization.

This role involves providing expert advice and support to senior IT leaders in determining the long-range strategic direction of systems, application technical software stack, and databases to be utilized. You will design and recommend software application solutions for diverse and complex business requirements, including packaged application customization, custom development, and multi-systems integration.

Responsibilities
  • Collaborate with senior IT leaders to determine the long-range strategic direction of systems and ensure new systems meet functional requirements and achieve service qualities (performance, scalability, extensibility).
  • Design and recommend software application solutions that cater to diverse and complex business requirements, leveraging expertise in packaged application customization, custom development, and multi-systems integration.
  • Ensure existing systems are reviewed and improved using new technologies and methodologies for continual improvement.
  • Provide high-level guidance on project work and ensure new projects align with the overall strategic vision.
  • Communicate proposed solutions effectively and provide coaching and support to teams on problem resolution and knowledge transfer.
Qualifications
  • Graduate of any IT-related course with relevant experience in information planning and systems design, analysis, development, and maintenance work.
  • At least fifteen years of experience in IT with exposure to banking operations and knowledge of software development, IT tools, methodology, and banking operations.
  • Mid-senior level professional with strong analytical and problem-solving skills, excellent communication, and leadership abilities.
