About The Role

The ideal candidate will possess extensive experience in designing and implementing comprehensive data architectures, with a strong focus on HR, workforce, or people data. Proficiency in cloud-based data solutions and ETL processes is essential for delivering impactful business outcomes.

Key Responsibilities
  • Architect Future-Proof People Data: Take the lead in designing, implementing, and evolving our people data model architecture, ensuring seamless integration of all workforce data into a single, reliable source of truth.
  • Pioneer Master Data Management: Own the design of master data management (MDM) architecture for people data, collaborating closely with key partners to bring your vision to life.
  • Drive Collaborative Partnerships: Foster strong relationships with cross-functional teams, including People, People Engineering, Finance, and Operations, to craft a strategic vision for people data architecture.
  • Steer Data Strategy & Governance: Partner with People Engineering to uphold robust governance and standards across our People data landscape.
Requirements

The successful candidate will demonstrate:

  • Demonstrated experience in delivering business impact through data-driven solutions.
  • Extensive experience in data architecture or data modelling, with a focus on HR, workforce, or people data.
  • Expertise in cloud-based data solutions and ETL processes relevant to HR and workforce analytics.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
