Job Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled Strategic Technology Architect to lead our technology strategy and drive innovation across all architecture domains and technology standards.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in enterprise architecture, technical leadership, and governance, with the ability to direct the development and application of enterprise architecture best practices, architecture patterns, and playbooks within our organization and client organizations.

  • Develop and implement strategic technology plans that align with business objectives and ensure Operational Excellence, Security, Reliability, Performance Efficiency, and Cost Optimization.
  • Lead the development of enterprise-wide architecture and processes, enterprise architecture visions, strategies, and roadmaps, architecture patterns, the creation and review of an enterprise capability strategy and policies to support the strategic requirements of our clients.
  • Determine the strategic approach to understanding stakeholder objectives and requirements to foster strategic partnership with clients and ensure that the team is perceived as trusted advisors on architecture-related matters.
  • Enforce the application of enterprise architecture best practices on the design of solutions across all architecture domains and technology standards.
Solution Development and Delivery
  • Contribute to the development of organizational policies, standards, and guidelines for the effective and efficient application of system design and integration, database design, data modeling, and design, and requirements definition and management activities.
  • Support sales initiatives by providing architecture consultation for the evaluation of complex technical solutions, offering technical support across service offering definition, positioning, and recommending alternative technical solutions to meet client requirements more efficiently, and/or with greater reusability, and/or longer life.
  • Provide expert guidance in the selection, provision, and use of database and data warehouse architectures, software, and facilities, ensuring that the database and data warehouse design policy supports the requirements of our clients.
Technical Effort Management
  • Promote and coordinate technical knowledge built within the organization.
  • Track and identify new opportunities to improve our methodology and training offerings.
  • Perform other job-related activities as assigned from time to time.
