The successful candidate will achieve team targets set by Management and organize new marketing strategies, sales acquisition programs, and developmental programs for the team.

The responsibilities of this position include:

  • Identifying leads and securing partnership opportunities
  • Developing new relationships to foster business growth and expand company operations
  • Engaging and nurturing client relationships
  • Maintaining existing business relationships
  • Preparing sales materials, including proposals and contracts

  • Providing regular progress reports and updates directly to the Cluster Business Development Manager
