A Real Estate Business Development Manager identifies and pursues new business opportunities, builds relationships with clients and industry professionals, and develops strategies to grow the company's real estate portfolio.

Responsibilities:

  1. Business Development:
    1. Identify and pursue new business opportunities in the real estate market.
    2. Develop and implement business development strategies.
    3. Conduct market research and analysis to identify trends and opportunities.
    4. Create and manage business plans and proposals.
    5. Build and maintain relationships with clients, investors, and industry partners.
  2. Client Relations:
    1. Manage client relationships, both existing and prospective.
    2. Understand client needs and requirements.
    3. Negotiate contracts and deals.
    4. Provide excellent customer service.
  3. Sales and Marketing:
    1. Assist in the development of marketing materials and campaigns.
    2. Generate leads and prospects for the sales team.
    3. Track and analyze sales performance.
    4. Help to achieve sales targets and goals.
  4. Project Management:
    1. Manage the development process from concept to completion.
    2. Oversee feasibility studies, acquisition, deal structuring, and financing.
    3. Coordinate with various stakeholders, including architects, contractors, and lenders.
    4. Ensure projects are completed on time and within budget.

Qualifications:

  1. Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Real Estate, or a related field.
  2. Proven 8 years experience in business development within the real estate industry.
  3. Strong understanding of real estate market dynamics and trends.
  4. Excellent negotiation and communication skills.
  5. Ability to build and maintain relationships with clients and stakeholders.
  6. Strong analytical and strategic planning abilities.
