Property Transaction Manager Position

We are seeking a meticulous and organized individual to oversee the coordination of property transactions. This role involves managing purchase agreements, contracts, transaction files, and other necessary documentation.

Main Responsibilities:
  1. Manage paperwork for buyers, sellers, brokers, and agents.
  2. Liaise with stakeholders regarding transaction statuses.
  3. Review all documentation to ensure compliance with standard regulations.
  4. Coordinate property exchanges and provide closing statements to all parties involved.
  5. Develop a system to record all transactions for future reference.

The ideal candidate will have at least 1 year of experience as a Real Estate Virtual Assistant or a relevant role, proficiency in Transaction Management Software, excellent English communication skills, and solid organizational skills.

  • Proficient in Transaction Management Software.

  • Solid time management and organizational skills.
  • Experience with word-processing software and spreadsheets.
  • Knowledge of online calendars and scheduling.
