Job Description

We are seeking a skilled and dedicated individual to fill the Investigation Associate position within our Seller Experience Protection Operations (SEPO) Team in Manila.

The role requires a 12-month short-term contract, with onsite training in our office for 2 months followed by a work-from-home arrangement after requirements are met.

Candidates must be physically based in Metro Manila, Cavite, Bulacan, Laguna or Rizal during employment.

The selected candidate will work a 5-day week, including weekends and flexible holidays, with a 9-hour/day schedule inclusive of lunch break.

Operations are 24/7, with shifting, rotating, and night shift possibilities.

Candidates must also maintain a minimum internet speed of 200 Mbps or better, and at least 100 GB of data from a reliable provider.

Key Responsibilities

The Investigation Associate position relies on excellent judgment to plan and accomplish goals, working under limited manager supervision.

Excellent individual problem-solving and analytical skills are used to authenticate customers and complex transactions.

Nearly all decisions are expected to be made independently with little to no guidance and a high degree of accuracy.

Proactive engagement with team members, team leads, department management, company associates, and third-party vendors is required to accomplish goals.

Qualifications and Skills
  • A minimum of 3 years of work experience, with a high school diploma or equivalent.
  • Fresh graduates and career freshers are welcome to apply.
  • A dedicated workspace at home, free from background noise, where they can connect to the internet and work on deliverables.
  • A postpaid (wired) fiber internet connection with a minimum speed of 200 Mbps or better, and at least 100 GB of data from a reliable provider.
  • Excellent written and spoken English skills, with the ability to compose a grammatically correct, concise, and accurate written response.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills, with the ability to communicate complex transactional issues correctly and clearly to both internal and external customers.
  • Demonstrated ability to analyze problems logically.
  • Self-disciplined, diligent, proactive, and detail-oriented.
  • Strong time management and organizational skills.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Comfortable working MS tools and using basic automation level.
  • Experience in Investigations/Payments/Security or Banking domains.
  • Intermediate knowledge of E-commerce.
