Establish a successful project management team by hiring an experienced Quantity Surveyor or Architect.

Job Description:
  • Pre-construction activities include takeoff, estimates, scheduling, scope creation, package splitting, tender documentation, and subcontractor communication. Lead technical oversight of project execution to ensure timely completion.
  • Review plans and propose value-engineered alternatives to optimize resources and minimize costs.
  • Manage contract setup (JCT) and post-contract project management, including CSA, budget control, procurement, cash flow, and quality control.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Schedule preconstruction activities to ensure smooth project execution.
  • Oversee the review of plans and propose value-engineered alternatives to improve efficiency and reduce costs.
  • Coordinate contract setup (JCT) and manage post-contract project management activities.
Minimum Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Quantity Surveying, Architecture, Civil Engineering, or Construction Management.
  • Proven experience in project management, quantity surveying, or architecture within the construction industry.
  • Strong knowledge of cost estimation, contract management, and architectural design.
  • Proficiency in software such as Microsoft Project, Bluebeam, AutoCAD, Excel, or similar.
  • Excellent problem-solving, negotiation, and leadership skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
  • Strong communication skills for liaising with clients, contractors, and team members.
