Job Overview

You will play a pivotal role in helping frontier model builders ship responsibly without losing speed. Your mission is to turn the company into the first name executives think of when they need support achieving safe, scalable AI solutions.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Fulfill the lead pipeline by driving qualified leads and influencing the annual pipeline through targeted programs.
  • Speed up the sales cycle by equipping sellers and AEs with campaigns and assets that unblock deals and grow ACV.
  • Amplify awareness by turning the company into the go-to partner for safe, high-velocity AI services across in-person events, webinars, media, and thought-leadership channels.
Essential Skills and Qualifications:
  • B2B marketing experience in tech, AI, SaaS, or professional services with 5+ years of owning programs end-to-end.
  • Experience running field, partner, and/or ABM initiatives that supported complex, high-value sales cycles.
  • A proven ability to hit pipeline targets and show clear attribution to bookings or revenue.
  • Closely collaborating with Sales, Product, and RevOps in a fast-moving environment.
  • Familiarity with Salesforce and project tools like Asana.
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:
  • Owning campaign & event strategy from ideation through post-mortem.
  • Compelling copywriting and messaging tailored to technical and risk-oriented buyers.
  • Data-driven mindset: comfortable building dashboards, slicing funnel data, and acting on insights.
  • Project & stakeholder management—juggling multiple programs while keeping teams aligned.
  • Adaptability: thrive amid shifting requirements, tight timelines, and ambiguous asks.
