Deploy CRM campaigns across multiple countries and brands with a strong focus on quality and timely delivery.

About the Role

You will support the CRM Campaign Management Expert Team, based at our headquarters in Berlin, Germany. Your responsibilities include deploying CRM campaigns, setting up automations, reviewing and testing to ensure campaign setups function as expected, monitoring campaign send-outs, adhering to a defined quality assurance process, and regularly reporting project progress to stakeholders.

Key requirements for this role include experience with Salesforce Marketing Cloud or similar email platforms, familiarity with Data Extensions, Content Builder, Journey Builder, and Automation Studio, strong project management skills, excellent stakeholder management abilities, and a basic understanding of SQL.

The ideal candidate should have strong communication and writing skills, be able to manage multiple projects and prioritize tasks according to deadlines, and possess a strong attention to detail.

Skills and Qualifications
  • At least 1 year of experience with Salesforce Marketing Cloud or similar email platforms.
  • Experience in setting up cross-channel journeys in SFMC (email, app, SMS).
  • Strong project management skills, including planning, executing, and overseeing projects from inception to completion.
  • Excellent stakeholder management abilities, ensuring clear communication and effective collaboration.
  • Familiarity with AMPscript is a plus.
  • Experience in quality assurance for CRM campaigns, with a strong attention to detail.
  • A basic understanding of SQL is beneficial.
