We are seeking a skilled professional to join our upcoming project focused on automating and optimizing customer journeys. If you have expertise in turning business goals into technical solutions using Salesforce tools, this role is for you.


Key Responsibilities:
  • Design and manage complex customer journeys in Marketing Cloud (Journey Builder, Automation Studio) to drive business growth.
  • Develop dynamic, data-driven email templates using AMPscript and HTML/CSS to enhance user engagement.
  • Integrate Marketing Cloud with Salesforce CRM and other data sources for seamless data exchange to improve efficiency.
  • Optimize campaign performance through testing and analytics to achieve maximum ROI and drive business results.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams including marketers, designers, and developers to deliver personalized experiences and exceed client expectations.

Requirements:
  • Minimum 3 years of hands-on experience with Salesforce Marketing Cloud and a solid understanding of email development best practices.
  • Proficiency in AMPscript, SQL, and scripting for data manipulation and analysis to drive business insights.
  • Experience integrating SFMC with Salesforce CRM (API, Contact Builder) for streamlined data management and improved collaboration.
  • Familiarity with data privacy and compliance regulations (e.g., GDPR, CAN-SPAM) to ensure data protection and security.
  • Bonus: Salesforce Marketing Cloud certification for advanced skills and knowledge.
