">Key Responsibilities:

- Own Outbound Sales Execution by closing 3–4 new, fee-paying clients per quarter, especially in healthcare (LTC) and professional services (accounting/tax).">
- Lead outbound efforts, refine messaging, and build new campaigns for high-impact roles.">
- Guide prospects from interest to signed contract on discovery and proposal calls.">
- Maintain clean reporting in CRM and track conversion metrics.">
- Improve Sales Process & Client Experience by optimizing pitch decks, outreach scripts, and proposals.">
- Work closely with recruiters to ensure smooth client handoff and accurate job scoping.">
What You Should Bring:
">- ">
- 3–7 years of closing experience with US/UK staffing or RPO firms.">
- Proven success in hitting a $1 M+ annual sales target.">
- Strong knowledge of direct-hire placements, especially in healthcare or accounting.">
- Comfortable working with junior reps and managing KPIs in CRM.">
- Driven, process-oriented, and hungry to grow into a leadership role.">
