Business Growth Specialist

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Business Growth Specialist to drive our sales efforts forward. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for identifying potential customers, generating new business opportunities, and managing leads through the sales pipeline.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Identify and qualify potential customers through targeted cold-calling efforts
  • Generate new business opportunities by showcasing our products and services
  • Manage leads through the sales pipeline, ensuring seamless engagement and follow-up
  • Foster and nurture relationships with potential clients, introducing our company and raising awareness of our offerings
  • Pursue leads diligently, leveraging exceptional communication skills and exemplary customer service to consistently identify and capitalize on opportunities
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • C1/C2 English Level
  • A Bachelor's degree
  • 2+ years of experience in sales with multitouch outbound calling sequence duties
  • Ability to cold call without fear
  • Proficiency in customer relationship management (CRM) software
  • Strong oral and written communication skills
  • Ability to build and maintain relationships with potential clients
  • Knowledge of sales techniques and strategies
  • Strong problem-solving and negotiation skills
  • Experience in a multi-client environment
  • Strong computer aptitude, including expertise with Microsoft 365 applications
