We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Chief Software Architect to join our mission-driven team.

Job Description
  • The ideal candidate will report directly to the technical lead and be trusted to work independently on complex projects, developing pixel-perfect interfaces using Vue and Astro, working closely with designers to bring their wireframes to life in Figma.
  • They will design and implement scalable backend applications using Python and SQL, ideally leveraging Django and PostgreSQL.
  • Prioritize building features that genuinely make a difference for the user, focusing on simplicity and impact.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Front end: Develop high-quality, visually appealing interfaces using cutting-edge technologies like Vue and Astro.
  2. Back end: Design and implement robust backend systems using industry-standard tools like Python and SQL.
  3. Empathize with users: Focus on delivering solutions that cater to user needs, prioritizing simplicity and impact.
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • 7+ years of experience in fullstack web development.
  • A strong track record of delivering high-quality code and prioritizing shipping things fast.
