Job Overview

The Lead Frontend Developer plays a pivotal role in driving the development of high-quality software applications. They will lead and contribute to projects, ensuring correct code implementation with quality, stability, and readability in mind.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead 40% of the project and perform 60% technical hands-on coding, guaranteeing effective code implementation and adherence to standards.
  • Provide technical feasibility and time estimations for tasks, ensuring seamless project execution.
  • Mentor and guide colleagues, improving the onboarding process and enhancing team performance.
  • Set a high standard as a role-model and coach for peers, continuously learning and striving for improvement.
  • Oversee the development team in all aspects of the software development life cycle, including design, development, coding, testing, and debugging.
  • Stay updated with the latest technologies and methodologies, architecting solutions that meet project requirements.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align technical solutions with business goals and deliver high-quality software applications.
  • Engage closely with senior engineering leaders to craft robust software and shape the technical roadmap.
Requirements:
  • At least two years of experience in a similar leadership role.
  • Proficient English written and oral skills are essential.
  • Proven track record of taking ownership, making informed technical decisions, and resolving issues promptly.
  • Experience with modern web development using Next.js and component libraries is required.
  • A strong desire to collaborate and work in cross-functional teams.
  • The ability to comprehend complex problems and develop maintainable software solutions.
